Bar is made of hammered sterling silver and is wire-wrapped (also sterling) to a 925 silver chain. Measures just over 1″ in length by 1/2″ in height. A nice subtle statement. The gold version is 24k gold vermeil (thick plating), over sterling. Holds up incredibly well on a `14k gold-filled chain
